Hendon Brook School

Appointed by Lancashire County Council, George Pearce Construction undertook the refurbishment of the existing boys toilets and redecoration of the existing girls toilets at Hendon Brook Short Stay School in Nelson.

Works consisted of stripping out existing toilets, showers and wash hand basins, electrical alterations, new sanitary ware, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, and complete redecoration. Existing toilet cubicles were then reinstalled with new IPS panelling and a new toilet was created in lieu of the existing shower.

The school will benefit from this refurbishment as these are the only boys toilets located within the school so an extra toilet will make quite an addition.
