This was the first project we have completed with George Pearce Construction and the work involved an internal office refurbishment including minor demolitions, stripping out, complete mechanical, electrical and data installations, replacement windows, suspended ceilings, a new kitchen, finishes and associated works with a value of approximately £60k. We were very impressed with their commitment and efficiency on a small but complicated scheme which was further tested when asbestos was discovered during initial stripping out, putting additional pressure on the programme.The site was occupied in other areas throughout without problems and they produced high quality workmanship, completing on time to the revised programme and within the agreed budget. Their employees were professional, polite and appeared to have a long established relationship with the company. Management and accounts were dealt-with effectively in a timely manner by experienced staff who made themselves available whenever required and we had no concerns over their attitude or commitment towards Health and Safety on site.
We would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them for projects up to a value of approximately £200k.

George Pearce Construction performed very well on a recent school extension project, providing a comprehensive service with good communication and quality of work throughout. Both myself and the client were kept up to speed with the progress and financial costs of the project on a regular basis. George Pearce Construction carried out two refurbishment projects at two different schools during the Summer of 2017, one in Bury and the other in Accrington. All works were conducted professionally, handed over on time and within budget.
Oakenhurst Medical Practice reopened our Branch Surgery at Mellor on Monday 14th May 2018.The closure was for longer than anticipated due to unforeseen issues that occurred during the refurbishment. Thankfully due to the hard work of George Pearce Construction, we were able to resume our service to the Mellor Community.
