St Peters Roman Catholic Primary School

The works at St Peters Primary School were necessary due to two recent floods first caused by bad weather and secondly a burst expansion vessel leading to the boiler located directly above the store rooms which was leaking all weekend. Both issues happened within the space of 6 months and completely ruined an existing engineered timber floor and damaged existing to paint work.

Having attended site in a reactive maintenance capacity to remedy the urgent need to get the dining hall operational, the school contacted George Pearce Construction to provide a quotation for the works which were to be sent to the insurance company for approval.

Works comprised stripping out existing engineered timber flooring, floor screeding to build up levels, installation of new floor coverings in the form of luxury vinyl planks, painting and the installation of new shelving units within two store rooms.
